Who could resist these!
These brownies are so easy and quick to make and are perfect for making with kids or when you have to bake something in a hurry and don’t want to get out lots of equipment. They contain just three main ingredients and using the Nutella gives you a lovely chocolate nutty taste of brownies without all the hassle of melting chocolate and chopping nuts.
Before making them I was sceptical about whether just three ingredients could give the right brownie texture but they came out beautifully and went down a treat with my gluten-eating colleagues.
They are ideal for a bake sale or you could serve them warm with some ice cream for a delicious dessert.
