Tuna Noodle Casserole!

Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

1 Pound Gluten Free Pasta

2 Cans, drained Tuna (in water)

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup frozen sweet peas

1 Can Gluten Free Cream of Chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)

1 Cup of Milk

Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven 400(F)

Cook Pasta, drain

In a separate bowl combine; tuna, peas, soup and milk stir until combined add salt and pepper to taste

Mix the tuna, peas, soup and milk with cooked pasta and pour half of the pasta mixture into a sprayed 9X13 pan

Sprinkle half of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the pasta

Add the other half of pasta and the rest of the cheese on top

Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until bubbly 🙂
