2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight)
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup coconut oil
Combine base ingredients in a food processor until it clumps together. Remove and press firmly into a greased flan case.
To make the filling, blend the ingredients in a high powered blender until silky smooth. Pour into base and leave in freezer for 3 hours to set. Once set it can be stored in the fridge.
